• The first release in what will be a trio of citrus-themed Vermouth options from the most influential creative couple on the Aussie wine scene. Unico Zelo crafted this esoteric little number for Fun & for Love.
• Made from a base of Adelaide Hills Merlot grown on Quartz, this 16% ABV example is insane in a Negroni.
• We love fine Adelaide Hills Merlot, we love Yuzu – the most amazing little asiatic citrus we’ve encountered throughout our exploration of exotic flavors.
• Chill over ice, or can alternatively be used whenever an Italian, Rosso, red, or sweet Vermouth is called for as a drink component.
• Vegan Friendly.

Varietal Composition: Merlot

Elaboration: The Merlot vines are grown on Alluvial quarts-shot clay soils. 16% ABV.

Tasting Notes: Unico Zelo crafted this esoteric little number for Fun & for Love. Made from Merlot and with the haunting peppery aromatics of Yuzu, from the Yuzo tree, along with riberry, wild thyme and native currants. This Vermouth is bright, fresh, and tart.
