In 1989 Vignobles du Paradis began with the planting of the ESAT Les Chevaux Blancs of the 1st hectare. Today, they operate nearly 30 hectares of AOP Chinon Rouge, Rosé and Blanc on 3 Clos and 2 Estates. Vignobles du Paradis is located near Tours, Chinon. The Chinon appellation area extends over 2350 hectares. The vines are exposed to different soils: sandy and gravelly terraces and clay-siliceous or clay-limestone hillsides (wines for laying down). Chinon wine is made mainly from Cabernet Franc, called “Breton” in Touraine.

In 1999, continuation of the extension of the vineyard on Beaumont-en-Véron as well as the purchase of Clos de la Lysardière, one of the noblest terroirs of the appellation. A third winery has been built on this site.

Les Vignobles du Paradis then took over the exploitation of the Château de Rivière vineyard. In 2006, a modern cellar was built at La Roche-Clermault in order to group together the different vinification sites and thus benefit from a modern tools adapted to high quality winemaking. Today, Vignobles du Paradis operates nearly 30 hectares of AOP Chinon Rouge, Rosé and Blanc on 3 Clos and 2 Estates.
