WHY WE LOVE IT

  • The regional appellation Bourgogne, Pinot Noir, is probably the best introduction to the world of Burgundy red wines and provides a fine example of the authentic expression of this grape variety.
  • Reputed to be particularly delicate and demanding to grow, the wines produced from this variety have a light ruby color and seductive aromas of red berries.
  • Suggested serving temperature of 15 to 17 °C. Pleasant to drink young, it can be kept for 2 to 3 years.

Varietal Composition: 100% Pinot Noir

Elaboration: Mechanical harvest. Partial destemming, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Aged 12 months in French oak barrels, (20%).

Tasting Notes: Intense ruby-red color with aromas of fresh, juicy fruit and delicate roasted notes. Combining structure and liveliness, the balance is quite remarkable for a regional appellation. A delicious, easy-drinking wine for any occasion.
