Zeni Soave

Zeni Soave

WHY WE LOVE IT

  • This Soave is grown on tuff soil, meaning the Garganega grapes find the ideal conditions to best express an elegant minerality, sumptuousness and finesse.
  • Soave is not normally known as an aromatic wine but at the nose the intensity of white flowers, peach and almond are immediately distinctive.

Varietal Composition: 90% Garganega, 10% Trebbiano

Elaboration: Traditional white vinification in stainless steel. Gentle pressing of the grapes followed by temperature-controlled fermentation of the first-pressing must.

Tasting Notes: Straw yellow with a greenish tinge. Typical bouquet, fine, with hints of white flowers. Fresh, dry, medium-bodied
