WHY WE LOVE IT
- This is a Provence-style rose with wonderful aromatics and offers enough acidity to accompany most cuisines.
Varietal Composition: 100% Garnacha
Elaboration: Gently destemmed bunches are pressed, extracting the must to a temperature controlled stainless-steel tank. The must is kept for 24 hours at 60 °F before fermentation to enhance aromatic characteristics. There is a light filtration before bottling.
Tasting Notes: Pale pink color with soft tones of Salmon. Notes of white and citrus fruits, complex aromas of apricot, ripe peach and lychee. A fine line of acidity accompanies the fresh finish.
