Varietal Composition: 100% Chardonnay
Elaboration: Aged 52% stainless steel, 29% concrete egg, 19% neutral oak.
Tasting Notes: Aromas of gooseberry, white peach and grapefruit zest. A swirl of the glass reveals tropical notes of passion fruit and star fruit. Bright flavors with a touch of minerality linger on the finish while a refreshing acidity cleanses the palate for your next delicious sip.
